Welcome to Zoë Atelier. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website zoeatelier.co.uk and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. About Us
Zoë Atelier creates bespoke and ready-made stationery for weddings, birthdays, and other special events.
2. Orders

Orders can be placed online via our website or by contacting us directly.

For custom or personalised designs, you will receive a digital proof for approval before printing.

Your approval confirms that all details (spelling, dates, times, addresses) are correct. We are not responsible for errors after approval.
3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in € and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full before design work or printing begins.

We accept payment via Debit, Credit & Apple Pay.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery to the UK & Ireland.

Estimated delivery times will be provided but cannot be guaranteed.

Complimentary shipping is available for orders over €50.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
5. Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalised stationery is non-refundable and cannot be returned once approved and printed.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days in unused, resaleable condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. Cancellations

Orders for custom stationery may be cancelled only before design work begins.

If design work has started but printing has not, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on our website are the property of Zoë Atelier and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of your order.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
