Due to the personalised nature of our invitations and stationery, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once your order has been approved and sent to print.

• Please review all proofs carefully before giving your final approval.

• We are not responsible for errors in text, spelling, grammar, dates, or information once the proof has been approved by you.

• If there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect printing, wrong quantity, damage during production), we will replace the affected items free of charge.

We know timing is everything when planning your wedding! Here's what to expect:

• Design Proof: 2–3 Business Days
  You'll receive a digital proof via email within 2–3 business days after placing your order.
• Revisions (if needed): +1 Business Day
  If you request edits, please allow 1 additional business day for updates.
• Production Time: 6-8 Weeks
  Once you approve your proof, your invitations will be printed and prepared for shipment.
• Shipping Time: 4–6 Business Days
  Standard ground shipping typically takes 4–6 business days. Need them faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
• Total Time To Delivery:  9-10 Weeks

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to a form to provide all your wedding details. As soon as we have these, we can begin crafting your invitations, perfectly tailored to your special day.
